As Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer, Tim ensures the firm’s systems, processes, and regulatory requirements operate seamlessly behind the scenes. With more than 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, Tim brings an engineering mindset to his work—solving complex challenges, optimizing workflows, and proactively adopting new technologies to support the firm’s evolving needs. His calm authority and unwavering attention to detail make him an indispensable part of the MKD leadership team.
Life Outside the Office
Tim leads a vibrant and active lifestyle. He is passionate about CrossFit-style workouts and competitive running, finding both challenge and enjoyment in these pursuits. An avid reader, Tim is dedicated to personal growth and lifelong learning. His commitment to community service is evident through his volunteering efforts at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, where he actively supports and engages in various charitable activities. Together with his wife, Tim is raising and training a puppy to be a future Leader Dog for the Blind.
